Position – Building Maintenance Assistant

Location: Our Mother of Confidence Church

Hours: 20 to 30hrs per week.  Flexible days off

Qualifications:

• Prior experience and general knowledge of maintenance and custodial responsibilities is preferred.
• High school education or equivalent is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Aids our Pastor, staff and volunteers as needed.
• Completes minor repairs and painting.
• Setup and breakdown of chairs and tables for meetings and events.
• Cleaning hall floors and windows
• Trash and recycle removal.
• Cleaning and sanitizing of classrooms and meeting rooms.
• Supports the janitorial staff with their weekly cleaning of church, restrooms, and rectory.
• Restocking of paper goods, soap, and hand sanitizer.
