Parishes from all over San Diego are helping!

Kairos Prison Ministry needs 12,000 DOZEN homemade cookies to be distributed during the Kairos retreats at Donovan Prison in October.

Cookies represent Christ’s abundant love and are a much valued treat and time honored tradition during these retreats which make such a difference in these men’s lives and futures. 

Cookie Guidelines Preparation: 

Generally acceptable are: Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, Molasses, Chocolate Chip, Ginger and Sugar. Don’t forget the key ingredient: PRAYER 

Packing the Cookies: Bag thoroughly cooled cookies in a quart sized Zip Lock bag, a dozen cookies to a bag. Label each bag with the cookie type inside. Note if the cookies contain nuts.

Delivery: Bring your cookies to Mass on Saturday evening, Oct. 19 or Sunday morning Oct. 20th and deposit them in the collection boxes. 

Cookies must be delivered to OMC by noon on October 20.
