Interfaith Shelter is coming to OMC

We are blessed again this year to be part of the Interfaith Shelter Network, a rotational shelter program for our community residents without a permanent home.  Our guests are families as well as individual men and women who have been displaced from their homes.  They are working with professional counselors who admit them into the Interfaith Shelter Network and work to get them back on their feet by means of employment, housing, or both.

Our guests will be with us for two weeks and we will provide meals, share fellowship, and host them each night with Your help!  We are looking for volunteers to help with meals and overnight hosting as well.  This is a great way to support those who can really use a helping hand.  Most of us are blessed to have food on the table and a roof over our heads, what a great way to show how grateful we are for all that we have by being part of the Interfaith Shelter this Lenten season!

The Interfaith Shelter will be at OMC from March 23rd to April 6th.
